2. Design Quotations & Starting Packages

All package references published on our website (including 2BHK starting at ₹3,50,000, 3BHK starting at ₹4,50,000, 4BHK starting at ₹5,00,000, and Modular Kitchens starting at ₹1,37,000) represent indicative baseline estimates for standard residential scopes.

3. Architectural Drawings & 3D Intellectual Property

All concept boards, 2D floor plans, electrical elevations, custom joinery sketches, and photorealistic 3D rendering visuals created by Aesthetic Space Interiors remain the exclusive intellectual property of ASI.

• Clients retain the right to execute approved drawings solely on the specific contracted property site.
• Drawings, renders, and custom millwork details may not be repurposed, duplicated, or distributed to third-party contractors without explicit written consent from ASI.

4. Turnkey Execution & Payment Milestones

Turnkey interior projects are executed strictly in accordance with transparent, stage-based milestone payments defined in your Project Agreement:

5. Client Responsibilities & Site Readiness

To maintain agreed delivery schedules, the client is responsible for:

• Providing uninterrupted electricity and water access at the site for carpentry, cutting, and finishing machinery.
• Securing all necessary society permissions, work timing approvals, and lift access passes from apartment resident welfare associations (RWA) or commercial complex administration.
• Ensuring the base civil structure (walls, basic plastering, and primary waterproofing) is delivered intact by the builder prior to interior joinery fit-out.

6. Scope Variations & Add-Ons

Any modifications to approved 2D drawings, changes in veneer or laminate selections, additions of automated electrical circuits, or architectural re-zoning requested after fabrication commencement will be handled via a formal Written Variation Order detailing cost and timeline adjustments.

7. Snag Rectification & Workmanship

Prior to final turnkey handover, our project director conducts a joint pre-handover snag inspection with the client. Any minor cosmetic snags, alignment calibrations, or touch-ups are promptly resolved at zero additional charge.

Hardware items (hinges, drawer channels, gas lifts, quartz counters) carry respective original manufacturer warranties, which are transferred directly to the client at handover.
